Warranty and repair

Do you have a part that needs to be replaced? Please contact us via info@stockingaid.com or 833-300-3897. We have all parts in stock, so in many cases only a new part needs to be sent.

Warranty

The warranty period for the Steve Complete and Steve EasyON is 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty period for the Steve Glide Dolphin and Steve Glide Clipper is 6 months from the date of purchase. We kindly ask you to keep your receipt.

Activate your warranty after purchase

Activate your warranty on the Steve Complete or Steve EasyON immediately after purchase, by filling out the warranty activation form.
